Return Policy
Product returns are typically not accepted as our products are generally manufactured on-demand, with some degree of customization for each order. In some cases, we will accept returns within 30 days of delivery date if the product is still in new condition in its original unopened container(s) including all accessories. Please call to discuss your situation with us. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of original shipment date. Returned products without an RMA will be refused. The returned product will be credited to your original form of payment, minus a 15% restocking fee.
